When is the deadline to place an order?
Please place your food order before end of day Friday.

When will my meals be delivered?
Meals are delivered on Monday for the Seattle area. Delivery for Eastside and West Seattle takes place on Tuesdays.

What if I have food allergies, or foods I do not like?
When you place your order, please enter any special dietary needs, allergies, likes, or dislikes in the comments box on the order page. If you are dieting, please also let Chef Traci know, and your meals will be modified, if needed.

I purchased a deal through Green Lake Moms, Queen Anne Moms, etc., how do I redeem?
Please enter your deal voucher number in the comments box when you place your order. Enter C.O.D as method of payment.

I purchased a deal through Seattle Weekly's Daily Deal, how do I redeem?
Please enter your voucher number in the comments box when you place your order. Enter C.O.D as method of payment.

Is there a delivery charge?
Delivery is free from downtown Seattle to NE 104th Street. For West Seattle and Eastside deliveries, there is a $5.50 delivery fee.

Can I freeze the meals?
All meals are prepared fresh. If you would like to freeze your meals, please enter this in the comments box and your meals will be packaged for the freezer. (Please note: some dishes do not freeze well, like salads.)

I don't eat seafood, but the seafood menu item sounds delicious. Can I make substitutions?
Please feel free to email or call Chef Traci regarding any substitutions. Most meals can be modified, i.e. substitute chicken for salmon, or vegetarian options for meat options.

Do you prepare Gluten Free meals?
Yes, most meals may be modified to be Gluten Free. Please indicate this in the comments box on your order.

Is each serving per person?
Yes, each serving is enough for one person.

Why did the chicken cross the road?
To become more succulent with the Hottie to Naughty flavors of the Feisty Fajita Marinade from the Seductive products tab.

Can I purchase a gift certificate, or buy meals as a gift?
Yes, you may purchase a Seductive Specialty Foods gift certificate by contacting Chef Traci. If you would like to order meals as a gift, please enter the appropriate billing and delivery address on the order page.

I would also like to purchase some of your specialty products, i.e. Heirloom Tomato Jam, Vintage Port Syrup, etc. Can these be delivered?
If you are ordering Seductive Suppers meals, your specialty products order may be delivered at the same time. Otherwise, please enter your shipping information and the products will be shipped. Retail locations carrying Seductive Specialty Foods will be updated soon.

Do I have to be home for delivery?
No, you do not have to be home for delivery. If you have a cooler, please place it at your front door (or delivery location) and your meals will be delivered on ice. Please note in the comments box if you will be leaving a cooler. If you do not have a cooler, Chef Traci can deliver your meals in a cooler bag, with a $10 deposit (fully refundable when the bag is returned.)

Do you accept credit cards?
Currently, Seductive Specialty does not accept credit cards. You may pay via Paypal, check or cash.
