Heirloom Tomato Jam

Sassy to sultry says it all. This uniquely versatile jam is made with a variety of organic heirloom tomatoes and is the perfect accompaniment to pork, beef, chicken and vegetables.


Recipes:

Mini BLTs are perfect for festive gathering. Cut a piece of toast into small 1-inch squares, crisp up some thick cut smoked bacon, cut to fit the toast, top with a dollop of Seductive’s Heirloom Tomato Jam, and finish with microgreens. Gorgeous and delicious.

Sultry Pork Tenderloin: Heat oven to 400 degreens, lay pork atop parchment paper on baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes. Remove from oven, top with jar of Seductive Heirloom Tomato Jam and place back in oven for 10 more minutes.


Vintage Port Syrup

A stimulating and versatile finish for meats, poultry and desserts.


Recipes:

Sweet - add two to three tablespoons of Seductive’s vintage port syrup to 1 cup of whipping cream and 3 tablespoons confectioner’s sugar.

Savory - Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Rub prime rib roast with fleur de sel and course ground pepper, slide fresh cloves of garlic in small inserts in the meat. Roast for 15 minutes and then lower heat to 325 degrees and roast 1 -1 ½ hours (time will vary depending on size of roast.) Baste roast with port syrup and pan drippings every 30 minutes.


Praline Pecan Drip

A sweet drizzle for desserts, and the perfect topping for pumpkin gelato and cheesecakes.

Favorite quick dessert – pick up an apple pie from the freezer section at Whole Foods, bake according to directions and pour praline drip over the top.


Dark Chocolate Infused Balsamic Vinegar

A decadently light surprise on salads, prosciutto wrapped figs, and even braised meats.


Recipes:

Perfect dressing for spinach-strawberry salad with crumbled feta cheese.

Blend mascarpone and basil chiffonade, spread on toasted crostini, drizzle chocolate-infused balsamic on top.


Feisty Fajita Marinade

From hottie to naughty, this flavorful marinade is perfect for chicken, beef and vegetable fajitas.


Recipes:

Slice Chicken breasts and/or flank steak into strips. Place in fajita marinade and refrigerate for 2 hours. Add thinly sliced white onions, red and green pepper strips and marinated meat to hot skillet. Cook until vegetables are soft and meat is cooked all the way through.

Turkey Tacos – sauté diced onions, garlic and 99% fat free ground turkey with ¼ cup of fajita marinade. Serve with homemade guacamole, diced tomatoes, soft corn or flour tortillas reheated on griddle.


Succulent Grill Sauce

Perfect for sensuous barbeque - smoky whiskey and spices are perfect for beef, pork, chicken and fish. Also great mixed in with hummus for a unique appetizer.


Recipes:

Baste steaks or chicken with bbq sauce and grill over high heat.

Mix 3 tablespoons succulent grill sauce with plain hummus. Serve with Sweet Potato Chips.


Essential Rub

Foreplay for meats and veggies, before grilling. Espresso blends with the spicy and savory flavors.


Recipes:

Rub over baby back ribs, place on a rack in a roasting pan, add a can of beer to the roasting pan and cover with foil. Roast for 3 hours at 350 degrees. Finish with Succulent Grill Sauce.
